Purpose
:
The Online Content Editor is responsible for the accurate and timely publishing of digital content across e-commerce websites and mobile applications for global brands.
This role ensures banners, links, campaign assets, and other content are uploaded to CMS platforms without error, in line with brand guidelines, and within defined SLAs.
By maintaining high attention to detail and collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Online Content Editor helps deliver seamless customer experiences across multiple global markets.
Job Description

Content Upload & Management
-
Execute day-to-day uploads of banners, campaigns, and assets using CMS tools (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud)

Quality Assurance
-
Check and validate content accuracy, formatting, and consistency against brand guidelines before publishing

Workflow Execution
-
Follow structured workflows within Airtable, Salesforce, and other tools to ensure content goes live on time and without issues

Cross-functional Coordination
-
Collaborate with Team Lead, Trade, Creative, and Tech teams to resolve content discrepancies and meet campaign deadlines
-
SLA & Compliance Adherence
-
Ensure all content updates meet agreed service levels and compliance standards for each brand

Error Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Proactively identify inconsistencies or issues and escalate to the Team Lead; contribute to process and functional improvements for efficiency
Base Requirement:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
-
1–3 years of content management or digital marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce selling consumer goods

Hands-on experience with content management systems (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, or equivalent)
Job-Specific Skills:

Strong attention to detail with ability to identify errors and inconsistencies

Experience using workflow/project management tools (e.g., Airtable, JIRA, Asana)

Familiarity with QA processes for content and brand compliance

Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
