✅ Key Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare well-structured lessons tailored to the Cambridge Assessment International Education (IGCSE)
- Deliver live, interactive online classes using digital teaching platforms (e.g. Zoom, Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, or other LMS) — engaging students with discussions, explanations, interactive activities.
- Adapt teaching and lesson plans to accommodate varying student abilities and learning styles (differentiate where needed).
- Assign homework, projects, practice exercises, and use regular assessments (formative and summative) to monitor student progress. Provide timely, constructive
- Prepare students for IGCSE examinations: theory, practical (if applicable), exam techniques, revision, past-paper practice, exam format familiarity.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, grades; track progress; prepare periodic progress reports. Communicate with students (and parents, if relevant) about performance and areas for improvement.
- Provide additional support as required — e.g. extra help for weak students, remedial sessions, individual attention, personalized learning plans.
- Collaborate (remotely department heads — for curriculum planning, resource sharing, and to ensure consistency and quality across teaching.
- Stay updated on IGCSE syllabus updates, exam pattern changes, and maintain subject knowledge. Engage in periodic professional development if required.
