Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Online Marketing Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative online marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive website traffic, and increase conversions. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and content creation to optimize our online presence across multiple platforms. The Online Marketing Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement campaigns that align with business goals and target audiences.

Duties

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns utilizing SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
  • Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to optimize website content for search engines, improving organic rankings.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and Google AdWords to maximize ROI.
  • Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email campaigns using copywriting skills and content creation best practices.
  • Design visual assets using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update content management systems such as WordPress to ensure website accuracy and freshness.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools; generate reports to inform ongoing strategy adjustments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on B2B marketing initiatives and e-commerce strategies to increase lead generation and sales conversions.
  • Implement performance marketing tactics to improve conversion rates and customer engagement across digital channels.
  • Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, SEO best practices, and emerging technologies like JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS for website optimization.

Skills

  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz for keyword research and site audits.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles, content optimization, and conversion rate optimization techniques.
  • Experience managing social media platforms including Facebook Management tools and social media advertising (Facebook Ads).
  • Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and visual content creation.
  • Familiarity with WordPress CMS for website management and content updates.
  • Expertise in Google Ads/AdWords campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for website customization and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics; interpret metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot for nurturing leads through targeted campaigns.
  • Understanding of SEM strategies combined with organic SEO efforts to maximize online visibility.
  • Ability to develop compelling copywriting tailored for digital audiences across various channels.
  • Skills in social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and monitoring campaigns.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and strategies to support online sales growth.
  • Familiarity with SQL or other database query languages is a plus for advanced analytics tasks. Pay: $48,315.54 - $58,186.46 per year
