Online Sales Representative for Program Teaching English to Arabic Speakers: Consultation Calls

Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for helping Arabs learn English? Do you enjoy engaging with potential customers and closing sales? If so, we would love for you to join our team!

We’re looking for a friendly, honest, persuasive, and motivated sales rep to do short Zoom consultation calls with Arabic speakers who’ve shown interest in our English-learning programs.

We are an online English-learning business dedicated to helping Arabic speakers improve their English skills. Our students find us through social media, and we send them a link to sign up for a free consultation call. You’ll speak with them in either Arabic or English, build rapport, ask about their goals and needs, and help convince them to sign up if the program is right for them.

Compensation

✅ Commission: 10% commission on every sale made through your custom link.

• Most people sign up for our 3-month plan for $147 USD, so you'd earn $14.70 per sale
• Recurring commission: If the student renews, you'll earn commission on that renewal too!

✅ Base Pay: $2 USD per 15-minute call scheduled with you

✅ For example:
3 calls in one hour, and all 3 sign up for 3 months = $6 base + $44.10 commission = $50.10/hour

Responsibilities

• 15-minute Zoom consultation calls with leads who are interested in the program
• Ask them about their English goals, needs, and struggles
• Answer questions about our program
• Honestly assess if our program is a good fit for them (it is for most English learners)
• Help them go from being on the fence to actually signing up
• Send a reminder before the call and follow up after
• Close sales

Requirements

• Advanced Arabic proficiency
• Advanced English proficiency
• Experience in sales is a plus
• Ability to build rapport and persuade potential customers
• Reliable internet connection and computer
• Self-motivated and proactive in following up with leads
• Punctual and reliable
• Trustworthy and honest
