Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with US-based businesses over the phone and offer them the digital marketing services provided by MoveUp Tech. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to US-based businesses.
• Present and promote MoveUp Tech's digital marketing services, including SEO, Web Development, Social Media Marketing, and other related services.
• Identify potential clients' needs and tailor marketing solutions to meet their specific business objectives.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits and features of our services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through excellent customer service and follow-up.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Accurately record and update client information in the CRM system.
• Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to potential clients' concerns.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Call Center Agent or in a similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, Web Development, and Social Media Marketing.
• Ability to work the night shift (7:00 PM - 4:00 AM) from Monday to Friday.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

7:00 pm to 4:00 am

Saturday & Sunday are off

Salary:

35,000 to 100,000 + Comission + Bouns

Eden Tower Gulburge 3, Lahore.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
