Job Title: Operations Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support and should make outbound calls with the clients.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and files.
- Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate to management as needed.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations
