Key Responsibilities:


Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow across departments.


Support financial operations, including data entry, expense tracking, invoice management, and basic accounting tasks.


Assist in preparing operational reports, performance analysis, and financial summaries for management review.


Collaborate with finance and administrative teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting.


Monitor and improve operational processes for better efficiency and productivity.


Handle vendor coordination, procurement follow-ups, and logistical arrangements as required.


Maintain records of operational transactions, purchase orders, and inventory updates.


Support in budgeting and cost control by tracking expenses and assisting in financial planning.


Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.


Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as assigned by management.


Preparation of MIS reports and provide timely updates to Senior.
