Role Description: Operations Manager

As Aurassure scales its business in India and abroad, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee production and ensure smooth execution of key projects. The role focuses on improving production efficiency, maintaining quality standards, optimizing costs, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers. A strong background in electronics manufacturing, especially PCB fabrication and assembly, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Supply Chain

• Prepare and implement production plans to achieve targets.
• Oversee PCB fabrication, assembly, rework procedures, and quality checks.
• Coordinate purchase, supply chain, imports/exports, and logistics to ensure availability of raw materials and timely delivery to clients.
• Maintain BOM (Bill of Materials) for products, manage inventory, and control costs.
• Ensure quality standards (QA/QC) are followed to minimize failures and service costs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma).
• Collaborate with suppliers, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with certifications.
  
  

Project & Customer Management

• Manage execution of customer projects in India, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Track project budgets, costs, and unit metrics; take corrective actions where needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Sales, Procurement, Production).
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and maintaining clear communication.
• Support AMC orders from existing customers and provide feedback for product improvements.
  
  

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in electronics/IoT production and operations management.
• Strong knowledge of PCB fabrication and assembly processes.
• Experience in project management and supply chain coordination.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, lean manufacturing, and process improvement methods.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• MBA preferred but not mandatory.
