Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities-

· Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.

· Create action plans to enhance operational processes and ensure alignment with the company’s objectives.

· Lead, mentor, and manage teams to achieve operational excellence.

· Foster a positive work environment, ensuring employee engagement and development.

· Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

· Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff within the operations team.

· Ensure efficient use of resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget.

· Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock and minimizing waste.

· Oversee the supply chain and logistics processes to ensure timely delivery of goods or services.

· Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives.

· Collaborate with other departments (e.g. HR, Finance, Marketing) to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

· Assist in the development of new products or services by providing operational insights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
