As the Operation Manager for our toys distribution company in Saudi Arabia, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the company's strategic vision in the country. You will be responsible for shaping the brand, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence while fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centricity.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies and plans to achieve revenue and market share growth in Saudi Arabia.
- Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, supply chain, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team, promoting collaboration, professional growth, and a shared commitment to company goals.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial performance of the Saudi operations, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and challenges and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Customer Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements to achieve favorable outcomes for both the company and the client.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of our product portfolio to effectively communicate and recommend products to clients.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that the company operates in compliance with all local regulations, standards, and industry-specific requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to uphold the highest standards of product quality and safety.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on key performance indicators, market trends, and the status of operations in Saudi Arabia.
- Arabic speaking / writing
- Proven experience in a senior management or executive role, with a successful track record in distribution or retail, preferably within the toy industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market, business culture, and regulations.
