Operational & Compliance Executive

The Operational and Compliance Executive will play a key role in strengthening the Family Office’s governance, operational efficiency, and investment discipline. The role involves ensuring adherence to compliance standards, maintaining accurate documentation across entities, and supporting the investment team through structured tracking, analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain compliance and governance frameworks across entities.

Prepare investment memos, analyse all investments undertaken by the Family Office, and maintain detailed records of each investment.

Oversee KYC, AML, and onboarding processes for investments, counterparties, and financial institutions.

Ensure adherence to corporate governance norms across group entities, trusts, and SPVs.

Review investment structures, fund documents, and contracts for regulatory and operational implications.

Coordinate with external legal, tax, and regulatory advisors on ongoing matters.

Maintain a comprehensive record and tracking of all investments made across entities.

Prepare and update research notes and summary reports on portfolio performance and new opportunities.

Support transaction execution by ensuring all operational and compliance requirements are met.

Oversee documentation, filings, and recordkeeping for accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.

Assist in standardizing operational workflows and reporting processes within the Family Office.
