Key responsibilities
- Guest and client experience: Ensure high standards of service for all hotel guests and wedding clients. Address complaints and feedback to improve satisfaction.
- Event and wedding management: Oversee the planning, setup, and execution of weddings and other events to ensure they are successful and meet client expectations.
- Staff management: Hire, train, and manage hotel and event staff to maintain service standards and motivate the team.
- Operational efficiency: Streamline daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance, to maximize efficiency and coordinate effectively between departments.
- Financial oversight: Monitor budgets, control costs, manage inventory, and help develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Compliance and safety: Implement and enforce health, safety, and regulatory standards across all operations.
- Vendor and supplier relations: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the hotel and event spaces have the necessary supplies and equipment.
