Operational Quality Officer

You will ensure operational quality and compliance on the manufacturing shop floor in Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with production, quality, laboratory and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues quickly. Responsibilities:

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

• Provide day-to-day quality oversight on the shop floor during production shifts to ensure compliance with cGMP, QMS and local regulatory requirements.
• Review and support approval-ready batch documentation, including finished goods records and associated quality checks.
• Support incident and deviation investigations by collecting data, analysing root cause and tracking corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform focused internal audits and level 1 oversight activities to identify non-conformances and drive timely closure of actions.
• Conduct spot checks, environmental monitoring reviews and good documentation practice checks to maintain quality standards.
• Work with production, QC, and Logistics to identify risks, propose mitigations and support timely product release.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in pharmacy, life sciences, biotechnology, chemistry, engineering or a related technical field; or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment with exposure to quality and GMP practices.
• Practical knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Quality Management Systems (QMS) and good documentation practices.
• Experience supporting deviations, investigations, CAPA and batch record review.
• Good written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• This role is on-site in Saudi Arabia and requires regular presence on the shop floor and shift coverage.
• Experience coaching or mentoring colleagues to build quality awareness.

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Bachelor’s degree in science or pharmacy
• Experience with environmental monitoring, OOS/OOT investigations or assurance activities.
• Familiarity with electronic batch records, SAP or quality management software.
• Strong attention to detail and an ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Experience participating in regulatory inspections or preparing inspection responses.

المسؤوليات:

سيمنحك هذا الدور الفرصة لقيادة أنشطة رئيسية لتطوير مسارك المهني. تشمل هذه المسؤوليات بعض ما يلي:

• توفير إشراف جودة يومي على أرضية التصنيع خلال نوبات الإنتاج لضمان الامتثال لممارسات التصنيع الجيدة ، ونظم إدارة الجودة والمتطلبات التنظيمية المحلية
• مراجعة ودعم توثيق الدُفعات الجاهز للموافقة، بما في ذلك سجلات السلع النهائية وفحوصات الجودة المرتبطة بها
• دعم تحقيقات الحوادث والانحرافات من خلال جمع البيانات، تحليل السبب الجذري وتتبع إجراءات التصحيح والوقاية
• أداء تدقيقات داخلية مركزة وأنشطة إشراف من المستوى الأول لتحديد حالات عدم المطابقة ودفع إغلاق الإجراءات في الوقت المناسب.
• إجراء فحوصات مفاجئة، مراجعات رصد البيئة وفحوصات ممارسات التوثيق الجيدة للحفاظ على معايير الجودة
• العمل مع فرق الإنتاج، مراقبة الجودة وفريق الخدمات اللوجستيةلتحديد المخاطر، اقتراح التخفيفات ودعم إصدار المنتج في الوقت المناسب

• درجة بكالوريوس أو دبلوم في الصيدلة، أو علوم الحياة، أو التكنولوجيا الحيوية، أو الكيمياء، أو الهندسة، أو مجال تقني ذي صلة؛ أو ما يعادلها من خبرة عملية.
• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال تصنيع الأدوية، مع خبرة في الجودة وممارسات التصنيع الجيد (GMP).
• معرفة عملية بممارسات التصنيع الجيدة (GMP)، وأنظمة إدارة الجودة (QMS)، وممارسات التوثيق الجيدة.
• خبرة في دعم الانحرافات، والتحقيقات، ومراجعة سجلات الدفعات، وتحليل المخاطر والتحليل المحاسبي.
• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابةً؛ وتُعدّ إجادة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
• يتطلب هذا المنصب حضورًا ميدانيًا في المملكة العربية السعودية، ويتطلب تواجدًا منتظمًا في المصنع وتغطية الورديات.
• خبرة في تدريب أو توجيه الزملاء لتعزيز الوعي بالجودة.

المؤهلات المفضلة:

• درجة بكالوريوس في العلوم أو الصيدلة.
• خبرة في مجال الرصد البيئي، وتحقيقات OOS/OOT، أو أنشطة ضمان الجودة.
• إلمام بسجلات الدفعات الإلكترونية، ونظام SAP، أو برامج إدارة الجودة و PowerBI
• دقة عالية في التفاصيل، والقدرة على العمل التعاوني مع الفرق.
• خبرة في المشاركة في عمليات التفتيش التنظيمية أو إعداد ردود التفتيش.
