Operations Assistant - X Line - X Dubai

This role falls under our X Dubai umbrella and we are seeking someone who will be responsible for supporting Xine operations to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the attraction.

Location - X Line Dubai - Dubai Marina Mall.

Please note - Driving license is a must for this role.

• Zip Line equipment and platforms maintenance
• Equipment inspection
• Equipment logistic between platforms planning
• Carrying the equipment
• Coordinating communication between the teams
• Assisting with equipment collection from suppliers and spare parts procurement (driving license required)
• Participating 3rd party inspections
• Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor or
  
  
  

Preferred Educational Qualifications And Professional Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  
  
  

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of customer service experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
