This role falls under our X Dubai umbrella and we are seeking someone who will be responsible for supporting Xine operations to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the attraction.

Location - X Line Dubai - Dubai Marina Mall.

Please note - Driving license is a must for this role.

Responsibilities:

Zip Line equipment and platforms maintenance
Equipment inspection
Equipment logistic between platforms planning
Carrying the equipment
Coordinating communication between the teams
Assisting with equipment collection from suppliers and spare parts procurement (driving license required)
Participating 3rd party inspections
Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor or

Qualifications:

Preferred Educational Qualifications and Professional Certifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of customer service experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
