Operations Associate in Thane (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Searching Google/Web Pages to identify source data following the instructed search parameters.
• Processing source data for required fields and parameters from the provided source file.
• Scribe files to represent in a designated format and store the scribed data in Google Sheets/CRM tools.
• Meet daily expectations/KPIs as assigned with efficiency and quality.
• Ensure error-free work.
• Maintain smooth communication in both verbal and written platforms proactively and attentively.
• Familiarity with online food delivery apps/chains.
• Escalate any anomalies or confusion to the Team Leader proactively.
