Position Overview

The Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping our warehouse operations, schedules, and workflow running smoothly. You will support management, coordinate team activity, maintain inventory flow, manage customer buying appointments, organize company meetings, and step in when needed to keep operations moving.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys staying busy in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist management with daily warehouse operations and scheduling
  • Coordinate staff tasks, shifts, and communication
  • Manage all customer buying appointments: scheduling, check-in, and customer flow
  • Maintain and track office materials, electronics, and essential inventory
  • Organize, schedule, and prepare all company meetings
  • Support team members across departments and fill in when someone is absent
  • Ensure the warehouse remains organized, stocked, and running efficiently
  • Communicate updates, schedule changes, and task assignments to staff
  • Help maintain a smooth workflow between picking, listing, shipping, and sales teams
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $2,000.00 per month
