Project Hope Foundation (PHF) is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of our Landrum campus. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient facility management, cross-departmental communication, and seamless onboarding processes to maintain a high standard of services.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Facility Management: Oversee daily operations at the Landrum campus, ensuring safety, efficiency, and consistency. Manage supplies, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.

Intake & Onboarding: Coordinate onboarding for new staff and clients, including tours and logistics in collaboration with clinical and intake teams.

Scheduling & Communication: Lead operational meetings, serve as a liaison among staff, families, and leadership, and facilitate clear campus-wide communication.

Compliance & Emergency Preparedness: Maintain emergency protocols, conduct drills, support compliance training, and ensure accurate documentation.

Administrative & Event Support: Provide general administrative assistance, support extracurricular events, and assist with parent engagement and special initiatives.
