Status: Full-Time, U.S.-Based, Remote

Schedule: 40 hours/week with core hours 10am–3pm ET

Start Date: December 15, 2025 or ASAP

Compensation: Base Salary: 50,000/year salary + up to $500/month performance bonus

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Operations Coordinator , you’ll support launches, programs, and daily operations by organizing tasks, maintaining systems, managing communication, and keeping a close eye on details that make a big difference. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes engine that helps us run smoothly and scale with excellence.

MUST HAVES

• Experience managing projects in Asana or a similar project management tool (ClickUp, Trello, Monday, Notion)
• Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM/automation platforms (Keap, ActiveCampaign, Ontraport, HubSpot), with a demonstrated ability and willingness to quickly learn GoHighLevel
• Zapier (or comparable automation tool) experience
• Comfortable coordinating contractors for project work
