Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor daily facility operations, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing (MEP), HVAC, and civil maintenance.
  • Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are implemented as per company standards and local authority regulations.
  • Liaise with service providers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of maintenance and repair works.
  • Manage & Schedule supervisor & technicians work schedule daily and ensure works are done timely.
  • Monitor supervisor & technicians’ performance.
  • Ensure material consumption to avoid wastage.
  • Conduct periodic site inspections.
  • Coordinate for supervisor & technicians leave schedule & time sheet.
  • Maintain compliance with UAE Civil Defense, Municipality, and Health & Safety requirements.
  • Support facility inspections, risk assessments, and audits.
  • Respond promptly to facility-related complaints or requests from internal departments.

Store & Inventory Management:

  • Manage and control inventory of maintenance materials, consumables, spare parts, and tools.
  • Receive, verify, and record incoming materials against delivery notes and purchase orders.
  • Issue materials to supervisor/technicians and departments upon approval, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Maintain proper inventory levels through regular stock counts and reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with procurement officer and suppliers for timely replenishment of critical items.
  • Ensure storage areas comply with safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards.

Administration & Reporting:

  • Maintain records of maintenance activities, material usage, and vendor documentation.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports on facility operations, store status, and expenditures.
  • Support budgeting and cost control for maintenance and store operations.
  • Ensure documentation and filing systems are up to date for audits and inspections.
  • Manage and control inventory of maintenance materials, consumables, spare parts, and tools.

Qualification and Experience

  • A Bachelor's degree or diploma holder experience in FM site operations, Supply Chain Management, store & inventory management or a related field is typically required.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facilities operations and store/inventory coordination (preferably in the UAE).
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills, people management and subcontractor management.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • UAE driving license is must.
