Job Summary
We are seeking a technically strong and strategically driven Operations Excellence Professional to lead operational improvement initiatives across real estate assets and master communities within the Operations Sector. This role involves driving quality, efficiency, and financial performance through the following activities:
Responsibilities
- Ensure infrastructure and asset designs are practical, maintainable, and aligned with long-term lifecycle performance.
- Conduct field assessments and technical audits to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Lead the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical guidelines for operations teams.
- Establish and enforce quality control measures to consistency, safety, and reliability across engineering and operational activities.
- Develop scalable and compliant operational processes and procedures.
- Monitor adherence to internal standards and external regulations, and lead corrective actions where needed.
- Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across all operational functions.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and awareness sessions to embed operational excellence.
- Engage with stakeholders to align strategic goals and execution plans.
- Develop and manage budgets for operational improvement projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial targets.
- Conduct financial analysis and lifecycle costing to support investment decisions and initiative prioritization.
- Monitor performance metrics, resource utilization, and ROI to ensure measurable value delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in facility operations, asset lifecycle planning, and operational excellence.
- Skilled in Budgeting, Financial Control, Facilities Cost Budgeting, and Business Planning.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance Principles and Facility Management Operations.
- Proficient in Asset Lifecycle Planning, Project Planning & Scheduling, and Workforce Planning.
- Excellent communication skills for planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement.
