Role Overview
We are looking for a disciplined and proactive Operations Executive to oversee and drive the daily performance of our onsite teams and vendor partners. The ideal candidate will ensure strong process adherence, timely follow-ups, and high operational quality while maintaining accurate system updates and reports.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and track the daily performance of onsite teams and vendors against defined KPIs.

Ensure timely follow-up and closure of all assigned tasks and escalations.

Enforce process and compliance adherence across operations.

Conduct quality checks and ensure that work meets required standards.

Update internal systems and trackers regularly to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

Prepare and share daily and weekly reports on performance, quality, and compliance metrics.

Identify gaps or bottlenecks in execution and drive accountability among team members and vendors.

Proactively escalate performance or compliance issues to management when required.

Support continuous improvement initiatives within the operations process.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in operations, field management, or vendor coordination preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to push, follow up, and drive execution.

Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented.

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and capable of preparing structured reports.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-driven environment.
