Operations Executive

LOKAL Rooms are a network of hotel rooms that provide quality, reliability, and standards on a budget. We partner with local hotels, take up some of their inventory, upgrade their rooms, upgrade their service standards, and make them available to the world through our platforms.

Job Description

1. Assist in driving on-ground operations, delivering agility and flexibility to maximize performance and inhibit the growth.

2. Manage and execute e2e customer and vendor journeys (SOPs/SLAs) to allow high-performance delivery of customer experience, high-speed executions, streamlined relationships, and high-standard delivery.

3. Support continuous improvement in tech capabilities to smoothen operations further and improve execution ability.

4. Maintain, and grow relationships with Network Hotels to ensure smooth execution and delivery of e2e experience blueprint.

6. Assist in leading, strategizing, and delivering high-performance vendor relationships including billing cycles, inventory, and activations.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in operations, customer management, vendor management.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
