Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Order & Warehouse Operations
- Handle daily order packaging as per company standards.
- Ensure accurate labelling, timely dispatch, and safe handling of all products.
- Maintain cleanliness, inventory organization, and stock logs.

2. Delivery Fulfillment (Within Pune City)
- Manage local deliveries efficiently and professionally.
- Coordinate delivery routes, timelines, and customer communication as required.

3. Administrative & Coordination Tasks
- Assist with payment collection, petty cash handling, and daily reconciliations.
- Support in purchasing, vendor coordination, and basic documentation.
- Maintain operational logs, checklists, and daily activity reports.

4. Offline Marketing & Events
- Set up and manage pop-up stalls, flea markets, and promotional events.
- Interact with customers, conduct sampling, and ensure on-ground brand representation.
- Handle event inventory, transport, and setup logistics.

5. Production & Digital Support
- Assist in product preparation as per defined recipes.
- Maintain quality standards and update production records/logs daily.
- Assist in creative content creation for social media.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
