Operations & Guest Relationship Officer Short-Term Rentals

Manage guest communication, inquiries, and support across platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, WhatsApp, calls, etc.)

Meet guests for in-person check-ins/check-outs as required

Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and property inspections to ensure standards are met

Oversee property readiness before guest arrivals (supplies, condition checks, staging)

Handle guest issues, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner

Work with internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow and timely guest responses

Support onboarding of new units -inventory, photography coordination, set-up checks

Maintain guest records, booking calendars, and reporting logs

Help ensure compliance with Dubai Tourism / DTCM holiday home regulations

Liaise with vendors, cleaners, building management, and maintenance teams
