Aviation Operations Manager – Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily flight operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with aviation regulations.
• Coordinate with ground handling, maintenance, and flight crews for smooth aircraft turnaround.
• Monitor flight schedules, crew assignments, and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with GCAA and international aviation standards.
• Manage operational budgets, resources, and logistics for aircraft movements.
• Supervise staff and ensure adherence to company policies and safety procedures.
• Liaise with airport authorities, clients, and service providers to maintain seamless operations.
• Prepare operational reports, incident summaries, and performance reviews.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Respond promptly to operational disruptions or emergencies and provide solutions.

Qualification & Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Aviation, Aeronautical Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant experience in the aviation industry.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong knowledge of aviation safety, regulations, and compliance standards.
• Must be currently based in UAE or willing to relocate.
