Job Description

The position is responsible for increasing business revenues and leading store operations to achieve sales and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures as per Retail standards across stores to drive business and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee recruiting, hiring, and training of store staff, making efficient decisions to enhance overall performance.
• Represent the brand by maximizing sales through exceptional customer service and retail experience.
• Provide leadership and support to all employees, including mentoring, coaching, and performance appraisal.
• Set store sales targets and guide Area Managers and Store Managers to maximize productivity.
• Manage operational costs, reduce them through automation, enforce SOPs and loss prevention audit guidelines.
• Ensure Visual Merchandising guidelines are followed, and oversee implementation and execution.
• Recruit and train staff on sales techniques, customer service, teamwork, and company brand requirements.
• Evaluate employee performance annually, provide feedback and develop succession plans.
• Conduct regional sales and operations meetings and provide frequent feedback to Area and Store Managers.
• Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and ensure stock security and proper storage.
• Support store design and layout for new store projects and coordinate with design architects.
• Provide input for marketing and brand awareness initiatives.
