Job Descriptions:

360 Power Solutions is seeking to hire an Operations Manager who will oversee daily operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficiency across various departments to meet organizational goals. In this role you will be expected to expertly allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and efficiency. Supervise, train, and mentor staff, fostering a high-performance culture and conducting performance appraisals. Implement and oversee quality assurance programs to ensure that products and services meet established standards. Work closely with various departments, including sales, service and production, to ensure cohesive and clear communication. Contribute to the strategic direction of the organization by formulating operational objectives that align with overall business goals. Identify and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction. Promote a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven success in managing multiple departments for maximum productivity.

Qualifications for the Operations Manager Position:

Bachelor’s Degree in operations management, business administration, or related field. Ability to maintain constant communications with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company. Develop and implement and maintain quality assurance protocols. Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity. Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget. Manage and track staffing requirements. Lead, motivate and support a team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment. Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce costs, eliminate errors and deliver excellent customer service. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems. Oversee materials and inventory. Knowledge of electrical principals and power management.

Job Requirements and Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree is required

4 years’ experience in management is required

Working knowledge of management software programs, including Office and QuickBooks

Leadership skills

Strong IT skills

Electrical knowledge/Load Bank/ Generator Experience

Excellent problem solving skills

Mechanically inclined

Detailed oriented

Excellent attendance and punctuality required

Dependable and hard working

Organization skills

Forklift operational knowledge

Working Environment: Willing to work in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment and being exposed to outdoor weather conditions

Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record

Must have dependable transportation
