Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and streamline the operational functions of our Bath Fittings & Sanitary Products division. The ideal candidate should have experience in plumbing, sanitaryware, or bath fitting products, combined with strong skills in team management, sales coordination, and operational efficiency. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, supporting the sales process, and helping grow the brand’s presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee end-to-end daily operations, including order processing, dispatch, logistics, and inventory control.
· Support the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets, ensuring alignment between operations and sales.
· Visit existing and potential customers when required to build relationships, understand requirements, and ensure service satisfaction.
· Implement and monitor SOPs, systems, and workflow processes for efficient operations.
· Coordinate with dealers, vendors, and retailers to ensure smooth communication and timely deliveries.
· Supervise and guide sales and operations staff, ensuring productivity and accountability.
· Resolve operational issues, customer complaints, and service gaps promptly.
· Prepare operational reports, analyze performance data, and suggest improvements.
Job Specification
· Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
· Additional certifications in Supply Chain / Operations would be an advantage.
Experience
· Experience in bath fittings, sanitaryware, plumbing products, or related industry preferred.
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations or sales coordination roles.
Skills & Competencies
· Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
· Proven ability to support sales growth and expand market presence.
· Strong team management and people-handling skills.
· Ability to implement processes, systems, and operational improvements effectively.
· Proficiency in MS Office, inventory software, and basic reporting tools.
