Role Objective

To manage end-to-end branch operations, vessel and container activities, client servicing, compliance, and team performance to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure accurate reporting.
• Manage branch as a profit centre; meet operational & financial targets.
• Handle vessel operations, container surveys, documentation, and coordination with CFS/yards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; resolve queries promptly.
• Ensure statutory compliance and liaison with port/customs authorities.
• Lead recruitment, training, performance reviews, and team development.
• Ensure timely billing, collections, and submission of client/line reports.
• Conduct regular site visits (CFS, vessel points, client offices).
• Maintain smooth branch administration and communication with management.
