Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce & Software Operations Manager to lead and manage our Bengaluru operations. This role requires someone with strong experience in software project management, e-commerce operations, and international business coordination.
As the Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day activities, drive team performance, ensure timely delivery of software and e-commerce projects, maintain smooth communication with the Qatar headquarters, and support the company’s growth across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and manage all Bengaluru employees across Software Development, E-commerce Operations, Digital Marketing, Sales Coordination, and Technical Support.
- Conduct daily/weekly review meetings to track performance, project progress, and operational challenges.
- Mentor team members and drive a productive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.
2. Software & E-commerce Project Oversight
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of software development projects, website builds, integrations, cloud deployments, and support operations.
- Manage e-commerce operations including catalogue management, online sales strategy, order workflows, and coordination with logistics/marketing teams.
- Implement best practices in project management to ensure timelines, quality standards, and KPIs are consistently met.
- Optimize workflows across engineering, e-commerce, marketing, and support teams for maximum efficiency.
3. Operational & Administrative Management
- Handle local office administration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage HR duties including recruitment, job postings, initial interviews, onboarding, and employee performance evaluations.
- Implement and maintain operational processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
4. Communication & Reporting
- Act as the primary point of communication between the Bengaluru office and the Qatar Headquarters.
- Prepare and share detailed operational, financial, and project progress reports.
- Participate in regional and international client meetings, representing TROJAN TECHNOLOGIES professionally.
- Support business development activities, especially for software and e-commerce projects across GCC and India.
RequirementsExperience
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Operations Management, preferably in software development, SaaS, e-commerce, or IT-enabled services.
- Prior experience handling cross-functional and international teams is highly preferred.
- Experience working in e-commerce operations or digital business strategy is a strong plus.
Skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Deep understanding of software project lifecycles, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and e-commerce operations workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple teams (developers, digital marketers, support, sales coordinators).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge
- E-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar) is an advantage.
- Understanding of cloud platforms, integrations, APIs, and IT service workflows.
- Knowledge of HR processes and office operational management.
Communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Hindi and Malayalam are added advantages.
Working Hours
10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Fridays are off, Sundays are working)
