Operations Manager - Ready Mix Industry

Responsible to achieve target production, given by the management.

 Responsible for optimum utilization of the manpower/Machinery.

 Organize all the raw material and keep the optimum inventory level to meet the planned volume.

 Responsible to prepare and give the daily production plan to the production supervisor a day in advance.

 Implement the safety norms as per the guidelines.

 Participate in the interplant competition like best plant in respect to cleanness, production, safety & plantation

etc.

 Submit the stock report at the end of every month

 Maintain the legal documents, like permission from government, RP for the staff so that whenever it is

required to be renew, it can be communicated to the legal department.

 Coordinate with maintenance team for the preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns.

 Deliver the right quality (in consultation with the technical people) and quantity to customer on time and

maintain the good relationship with them.

 submit the report of optimum manpower requirement per shift basis

 Do the appraisal for his subordinates and submit the same.

 FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH: Dispatchers, WWTPO, Plant electric, Plant Mechanic, Ice

plant operator, Site Foramens, Maintenance Department, Technical Department.

QUALIFICATIONS: - Diploma in Engineering.

EXPERIENCE: 10 years’ experience in ready mix industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
