Aniston Technologies LLP is a product-based AV engineering company focused on the design and development of professional PTZ cameras, audio DSPs, Dante microphones, Transparent OLED systems, TapShare wireless presentation devices, and AI-powered classroom and conferencing solutions.
We are expanding our manufacturing and operations capabilities and looking for skilled professionals for Procurement, Production & Assembly, Quality Control, and Logistics & Warehouse roles.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Vendor Coordination
- Source components such as ICs, lenses, DSP boards, motors, Dante modules, and mechanical housing parts from local and international suppliers (India, China, Taiwan, Germany, UAE).
- Negotiate pricing, MOQ, delivery terms, vendor contracts, and maintain purchase order documentation.
- Coordinate import documentation including invoice, packing list, HS codes, IEC, BL, and customs clearance.
- Maintain supplier database, track lead times, deliveries, and component availability.
Production & Assembly Management
- Manage assembly of PTZ cameras, DSP boards, microphones, and other AV devices.
- Prepare and implement assembly SOPs, testing workflows, and BOM usage control.
- Coordinate with procurement, quality, and warehouse teams to support production schedules.
- Monitor efficiency, scrap control, and production targets.
Quality Control (QC)
- Conduct functional testing of assembled products including PTZ testing, Dante connectivity, audio output, and HDMI/USB streaming performance.
- Inspect incoming material for defects and quality compliance.
- Prepare QC inspection reports, maintain ISO/BIS compliance documentation.
- Coordinate defect analysis with vendors and production teams.
Logistics & Warehouse Operations
- Maintain inventory for raw materials, assemblies, and finished products using tracking sheets or ERP tools.
- Manage material inward, stock movement, GRN entries, labeling, and physical storage.
- Coordinate outbound shipment, packing, and dispatch through courier partners (FedEx, Blue Dart, DTDC, DHL).
- Maintain dispatch logs, stock registers, and warehouse documentation.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of electronics components, AV products, or manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of vendor negotiation, purchase order management, or inventory processes
- Familiarity with quality testing of hardware products (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to work with Excel, Google Sheets, Tally, Zoho Inventory, or ERP software
- Strong documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, BBA, B.Com, MBA in Supply Chain, or equivalent.
