Operations & Project Coordination Intern

About ZANAAVAR

ZANAAVAR is a premium backpack brand creating animal & bird–inspired luxury designer bags for global markets. We are in an exciting launch phase and are looking for a highly motivated intern to support operations, production coordination, and day-to-day brand activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily with factories, designers, and marketing teams
• Track production timelines and maintain status sheets
• Manage communication via WhatsApp, email, and calls
• Maintain Google Sheets, Drive folders, and task lists
• Support documentation, data entry, and basic admin tasks
• Prepare daily update reports for the founder
• Optional: Assist with social media content coordination

Requirements

• Students or freshers from BBA / B.Com / Fashion / Management backgrounds
• Strong communication & follow-up skills
• Highly organized and responsible
• Basic knowledge of Google Drive, Sheets, and WhatsApp operations
• Interest in fashion, design, or startups is a plus
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
