Operations Specialist

The Operations Specialist is the linchpin of global commerce for solvefactory.com, a fast-growing platform revolutionizing how businesses procure goods internationally. Based in Bengaluru, this demanding role is perfect for a highly organized professional with 3-5 years of experience ready to manage our end-to-end procurement and logistics lifecycle, primarily from China to India.

This isn't just a desk job; it's a dynamic position that requires a blend of meticulous process management, skillful negotiation, and deep logistical understanding, all centered on delivering complex customer requirements.

Core Responsibilities

• Customer & Order Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for understanding detailed customer requirements and translating them into clear specifications for manufacturers.
• Supplier Sourcing & Negotiation: Manage communication with international manufacturers (primarily in China) to obtain quotes, negotiate favorable terms, and place, track, and manage purchase orders.
• Logistics & Import Coordination: Oversee the full import logistics cycle, coordinating with freight forwarders and customs agents to manage the movement of goods from China to India.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all required import documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, B/Ls) and customs clearance procedures are handled efficiently.
• Process & System Utilization: Maintain proficiency and operate various internal and external software systems for accurate procurement and supply chain tracking.
• Sourcing Travel: Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally for vendor sourcing, factory audits, quality checks, and logistics meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
