Operations Supervisor

Location: Bhai Phero Station
Position: Operation Supervisor (Permanent)
Availability: Immediate

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Operation Supervisor to join our team at the Bhai Phero station. The ideal candidate should have strong operational oversight capability, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to ensure smooth daily workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day station operations
Monitor workforce performance and ensure compliance with SOPs
Handle operational issues proactively and provide timely resolutions
Maintain coordination with management and field teams
Ensure targets, safety, and quality standards are consistently met

Requirements:
Previous experience in operations or supervisory roles (preferred)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and handle on-ground challenges
Local candidates from Bhai Phero or nearby areas strongly encouraged
