Operations Leader – Marine & Ports | ABB (Hybrid)

Process Automation – Marine & Ports Division | North America

ABB’s Marine & Ports Division keeps the world’s fleets and ports running with integrated power, propulsion, automation, and digital solutions that improve vessel uptime, energy efficiency, and overall performance. We’re looking for an Operations Leader to drive daily execution, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure lean, reliable operations across our North American service business.

What You’ll Do

• Lead local operations with a focus on day-to-day execution, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Drive operational excellence across the value chain, ensuring continuous improvement and on-time delivery
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a clear sense of urgency within your team
• Support customer retention by delivering exceptional service and identifying new opportunities for account teams
• Guide, motivate, and develop both direct and indirect reports

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in marine industry service , electrical engineering service , or diesel engine service (supervisory background preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration ; MBA preferred
• Strong service background (sales, project management, service coordination, or field service engineering)
• Experience supporting cruise and offshore industries
• Proficiency in SAP, MS Project, and other PM tools
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing personnel
