Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily quality control checks on failed deliveries, identify root causes, categorize issues, and record anomalies.

• Provide timely feedback to the operations team to drive issue closure and continuous improvement.

• Assist the supervisor in monitoring key KPIs such as delivery success rate, anomaly rate, and rider performance.

• Provide timely alerts for abnormal data and offer improvement suggestions.

• Receive, log, and process customer complaints while coordinating with relevant teams to resolve issues.

• Prepare complaint analysis reports to enhance customer experience.

• Support lost-shipment investigations by collecting evidence and clarifying responsibility.

• Implement penalty procedures in accordance with company policies, ensuring compliance and transparency.

Qualifications:

• Arabic proficiency for communication with customers, stations, and drivers.

• English proficiency for daily communication and written reporting.

• Preferred experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, customer service, or operations.

• Familiar with basic data analysis tools such as Excel and backend systems.

• Strong communication skills, responsibility, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced logistics environment.

• Detail-oriented mindset and strong teamwork spirit.
