Position Overview

We’re seeking a professional Operations & Production Manager to oversee all aspects of daily manufacturing and fulfillment operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can balance speed, accuracy, and efficiency ensuring orders are fulfilled quickly while maintaining impeccable quality standards.

You’ll manage people, processes, and inventory, continuously improving workflows to support the company’s rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the production and fulfillment departments.
• Oversee production scheduling, workflow, and staffing to meet fulfillment deadlines.
• Maintain accurate inventory management, including forecasting, stock control, and material ordering.
• Implement and improve SOPs to optimize productivity and ensure consistent product quality.
• Manage, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
• Coordinate with leadership to align production targets with sales and demand forecasts.
• Monitor key performance metrics and report regularly on efficiency and output.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment in compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and proactively develop solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing operations, production, or fulfillment in a manufacturing or e-commerce environment.
• Proven track record of leadership and team management with a hands-on approach.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and digital tools (Shopify or similar experience preferred).
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
