OR Registered Nurse | Saint Louis, Missouri

A Registered Nurse with Endovascular Operating Room experience is needed for a contract assignment in Saint Louis, MO. This role involves supporting vascular surgery patients by circulating and/or scrubbing procedures in the Endovascular OR and Endovascular Lab. The position requires direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, with coordination among ancillary departments to ensure optimal patient outcomes and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Circulate and/or scrub during Endovascular OR procedures
• Provide direct patient care across all age groups following nursing standards and protocols
• Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care activities
• Coordinate with ancillary departments to enhance patient care and comfort
• Utilize EMR systems (EPIC/Optime) and multiple OR equipment including monitors, suction devices, and sterile instruments
• Maintain documentation and assist with patient safety protocols
  
  

Qualifications And Desired Experience

• Current RN license eligible for Missouri or licensed in Missouri
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Endovascular OR
• BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA (required)
• Surgical circulator experience with vascular OR patients
• Scrub experience preferred
• Ability to work scheduled 4x10 day shifts (7am-5pm) with 1 weekend call per month (9-10 days)
• Familiarity with endovascular equipment and sterile technique
