As an Oracle Cloud HCM - OTL and Absence Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative solutions to our clients. Your primary focus will be on implementing Oracle's Absence and OTL modules, ensuring they are configured and optimized to meet our clients' unique needs. With your expertise in UK and US legislation, you will provide valuable guidance and ensure compliance throughout the implementation process. Additionally, your ability to work on projects involving timecards in OTL will be a significant advantage.

Implement Oracle Absence and OTL modules, ensuring compliance with UK and US legislation.
Configure and optimize the system to meet client-specific requirements.
Write Fast formulas and perform advanced system configurations.
Lead and manage end-to-end projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless integration of Oracle HCM modules.
Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM releases and industry trends.
Document and maintain project-related knowledge, ensuring knowledge transfer within the team.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Act as a subject matter expert, providing insights and recommendations to enhance client experiences.

Extensive experience as an Oracle Absence and OTL Consultant, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
In-depth knowledge of UK and US legislation, particularly related to Absence management.
Strong proficiency in writing Fast formulas and configuring Oracle HCM systems.
Experience working on projects involving timecards in OTL is highly desirable.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and deliver projects on time.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive and solution-oriented approach to work.
A passion for staying updated with the latest Oracle HCM releases and industry best practices.
