  1. Oracle Fusion Cloud – Functional, Technical & Operational Support
  • Act as the primary functional lead for:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Lease Accounting
  • Procurement
  • Inventory Management
  • Support transactional activities, month-end closing, and business process automation.
  • Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and prepare BRDs, FS/DS, and solution design documents.
  • Manage and maintain core Oracle configurations:
  • Enterprise structures, COA, DFF/KFF, taxes, workflows, payment terms, procurement setups, inventory org setups, and security roles.
  • Provide user support, troubleshooting issues, performing functional/technical impact analysis, and coordinating with Oracle SRs.
  1. Reporting & Analytics
  • Develop and enhance BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, FSG reports.
  • Create data models, optimize SQL queries, configure burstings, and manage report scheduling.
  1. Monitoring & Integrations
  • Monitor ESS jobs and scheduled processes.
  • Diagnose failures using logs, payloads, SOAP/REST diagnostics.
  • Perform SQL-based data analysis for reconciliation, error resolution, and root-cause analysis.
  1. Quarterly Update Management
  • Perform regression testing, validate impacted setups, ensure compatibility of custom objects, and document changes.
  1. Oracle E-Business Suite R12 – Functional Support
  • Provide support for multiple R12 environments (GL, AP).
  • Resolve issues related to transaction processing, invoice holds, journal posting, payments, taxes, and period close.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for custom reports, XML Publisher, workflows, and form personalization.
  • Coordinate with DBAs for user access, responsibilities, and general troubleshooting.
  1. 3. Systems Integrations – Design, Monitoring & Support
  • Lead end-to-end integration lifecycle:
  • Requirements → Mapping → Payload design (XML/JSON) → Testing → Deployment.
  • Support multiple financial, inventory, and sales interfaces (JV, PO, Receipts, Sales, Inventory, etc.).
  • Validate SOAP/REST payloads, monitor OIC (if applicable), troubleshoot interface failures.
  • Review ESS logs, analyze interface tables, and resolve data mismatches.
  • Manage UAT, exceptions, go-live, and post-production stability.
  • Support ZNI MIS integration and ensure synchronized operational analytics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–7+ years of Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle EBS R12 experience.
  • Strong understanding of Finance & SCM processes.
  • SQL proficiency.
  • Experience with integrations (SOAP/REST), ESS, BI Publisher, OTBI.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and coordination skills.
  1. Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Understanding of financial accounting, procurement workflows, and supply chain operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure during period close.
  • Strong communication skills for user and vendor coordination.
