Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant / Developer

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop technical components such as HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, and OTBI Dashboards
- Support HDL and HSDL-based data conversion and mass uploads
- Develop Fast Formulas (Absence, Time and Labor, Eligibility only)
- Build and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST and SOAP APIs
- Configure and troubleshoot Self Service and Journeys flows
- Collaborate with the functional team to ensure smooth rollout of AI-driven features where applicable
- Optimize system performance and ensure technical documentation is up-to-date
- Support Redwood UX adjustments and mobile configuration needs

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Strong expertise in Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) for custom cloud application development.
• Proficiency in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF), PL/SQL, Java, and web services (SOAP/REST).
• Experience developing reports using Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI.
• Familiarity with Oracle Identity Management and security integrations is a plus.
• Over 5 years of technical experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (excluding Payroll).
• HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI
• HDL, HSDL
• Fast Formulas (Absence, Eligibility, Time & Labor)
• REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud
• Knowledge of Redwood UX structure and self-service elements.
• Good understanding of Oracle Journeys framework.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred:
- Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Certification
- Awareness of AI capabilities and roadmap in Oracle HCM Cloud

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
