Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience as an Oracle Fusion Financials Techno-Functional Consultant
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Financials modules:
    • General Ledger (GL)
    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Fixed Assets (FA)
    • Cash Management (CM)
  • Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, and data migration/conversion activities
  • Experience working with OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) for integrations, orchestration, and workflows
  • Strong capability in building and customizing OTBI / BI Publisher reports
  • Hands-on experience with REST & SOAP Web Services for integrations
  • Good exposure to RICE components (Reports, Integrations, Conversions, Extensions)
  • Experience in functional setups, configurations, and end-to-end implementation/support
  • Strong knowledge of Compliance, Security, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) in Oracle Fusion
  • Understanding of Audit, Internal Controls, SLA setup, and Finance compliance processes
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues across financial modules and provide UAT & production support
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills
