Order Fulfilment Specialist - Jewelry Business

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our jewelry business in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders, preparing invoices and quotations, booking shipments through courier portals, and ensuring safe packaging and dispatch of jewelry items.

The ideal candidate should have good organizational skills, experience with courier systems, and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Create courier bookings through FedEx and local UAE courier portals
  • Prepare invoices, quotations, delivery notes, and shipping documents
  • Carefully pack jewellery items for secure delivery
  • Coordinate shipment pickups and handovers with courier partners
  • Maintain records of orders, invoices, tracking numbers, and dispatch details
  • Track shipments and provide updates when required
  • Use Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and documentation
  • Support daily operational and administrative activities

Requirements

  • Previous experience in order fulfillment, logistics, dispatch, or operations
  • Good knowledge of courier booking systems and shipment handling
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle valuable and fragile items carefully
  • Good communication skills
  • UAE experience preferred
  • Experience in jewelry, luxury retail, or e-commerce is an advantage

Salary & Benefits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
