Job Summary:
The Organizational Design Lead is responsible for enhancing organizational effectiveness by developing agile and scalable structures, leveraging advanced HR analytics, and ensuring alignment between workforce strategies and business objectives. This role drives operational efficiency, supports organizational transformation, and partners with leadership to optimize structures, improve collaboration, and enable data-driven decision-making.
Job Responsibilities:
Organizational Design & Optimization:

Assess and optimize organizational structures, reporting lines, and role clarity across departments.

Develop and implement workforce planning strategies such as job leveling, succession planning, and capacity modeling.

Recommend structural and process improvements to enhance collaboration, agility, and operational efficiency.

Design competency frameworks and organizational charts aligned with strategic goals and industry standards.

Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new organizational structures through communication, stakeholder engagement, and training.
HR Analytics & Insights:

Analyze workforce data to identify trends, forecast talent needs, and support strategic HR initiatives including retention, engagement, and leadership development.

Develop data-driven reports and presentations, linking insights to business performance and cost optimization.

Use analytics to validate organizational design recommendations and measure the impact of implemented changes.
Required Skills:

Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems, Power BI and other data visualization tools, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience with statistical analysis tools and organizational design software (e.g., Visio, OrgPlus).

Strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking abilities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.

Proven project management and change management capabilities.

Strong understanding of compliance, ethics, and HR standards.
Experience:

Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.

HR Analytics certifications (e.g., SHRM People Analytics, CIPD Analytics) or Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.

7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in organizational design and/or HR analytics.
