Our production facility in Bozuyuk has been included in the "Global Lighthouse Network", which the World Economic Forum (WEF) selects as the most advanced production facilities in the world and points out as the "production facility of the future".


What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?

• Lead the design and transformation of a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with the long-term goals of the Group and the company, shapes future competencies, and supports continuous development,

• Analyze the learning needs of all employees and develop appropriate solutions; ensure the planning, execution, evaluation, and effectiveness measurement of all training programs,

• Build strong collaboration with all stakeholders to deeply understand learning & development needs and design innovative, impactful solutions through proactive communication,

• Analyze knowledge, skill levels and job performance to identify development areas; design learning and development strategies that strengthen both individual and organizational capability,

• Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to design and develop innovative programs and content aligned with the company’s learning and development goals,

• Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy for all learning and development programs,

• Design, implement, and continuously improve evaluation and measurement methods covering content quality, delivery, facilitator performance, participation, and learning outcomes,

• Conduct analyses using relevant metrics to evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of training programs,

• Partner with HR business partners to manage internal communication processes and employer branding activities; plan, track, and sustain newsletters, employee events, and intranet communications,

• Work together with HR business partners to create, implement, and regularly monitor the employee communications calendar.


Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or related fields (Master’s degree in Educational Management or Learning Technologies is a strong plus),

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Learning & Development,

• Strong command of training needs analysis, training budget management, learning program and content design, training planning, evaluation, and performance measurement,

• Knowledge of learning methodologies and theories; keeps up with emerging learning trends and strategies,

• Experience in e-learning design, including technical development, implementation, and troubleshooting of web-based learning modules,

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high representation ability,

• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken),

• Strong command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other tools that support learning processes,

• Residing or able to reside in Bilecik/Bozüyük or Eskişehir.
