We Are Hiring: Organizational Development Specialist

Reports to: Career Management Department

About the Role

We are looking for an Organization Design Specialist to help shape the future workforce and operating model of our business.

You will design scalable structures, build job architectures, and partner with leaders across the organization to ensure we stay agile, efficient, and future ready.

This role sits at the heart of business transformation and talent strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Organizational Design & Structure

  • Design and optimize organization structures across business units
  • Analyze spans, layers, and role clustering to drive efficiency and agility
  • Maintain org design frameworks, job families, and structure principles
  • Facilitate workshops with leadership for structure redesign and planning

Job Architecture & Role Evaluation

  • Lead job analysis, evaluation, and leveling (Hay / Mercer experienced)
  • Create and review job profiles with clear accountabilities and competencies
  • Maintain job architecture in HRIS and support internal equity

Workforce Planning & Analytics

  • Model workforce needs and scenarios (growth, automation, capability shifts)
  • Produce span-depth dashboards, org maps, and structure insights

Change & Governance

  • Support restructuring, integration, and transformation initiatives
  • Ensure alignment with policies and labor regulations
  • Coach HRBPs and leaders on org design concepts
Qualifications

Category

Requirement

Education

Bachelor's in HR, Business, Industrial Engineering, OD; Master's preferred

Experience

5-10 years in Org Design / Workforce Planning / OD (industrial sector preferred)

Certifications (Plus)

Hay / Mercer Evaluation, CIPD, SHRM-SCP, OrgVue

Technical Skills

Language

English required; Arabic a plus
