Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ornamental Iron Rail and Fence Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing decorative iron railings, fences, and other ornamental metalwork that enhance the aesthetic appeal and security of residential, commercial, and public spaces. Duties

• Measure, cut, weld, and assemble ornamental iron components using hand tools and power tools to ensure precise fit and finish.
• Install iron fences, railings, gates, and decorative features on various construction sites following project specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, or welding to ensure proper adhesion and durability of the finished product.
• Use construction skills such as framing carpentry and concrete forming to support installation processes where necessary.
• Operate heavy lifting equipment safely to move large metal sections or materials into position during installation.
• Collaborate with team members to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans for accurate execution.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all safety protocols related to construction site operations.

Experience

• Proven experience in construction-related roles with a focus on metalwork installation or ornamental ironwork preferred.
• Hands-on experience with welding techniques necessary for fabricating durable metal components.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and safety procedures on construction sites.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately to ensure precise installation of ironwork components.
