Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and compassionate orthodontist to join our practice. The orthodontist will be responsible for diagnosing, preventing, and treating dental and facial irregularities, as well as designing and applying corrective appliances like braces and retainers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of orthodontic techniques and a commitment to delivering high-quality care in a patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' oral health, including taking and interpreting X-rays, and conduct thorough exams to diagnose orthodontic issues.
• Develop customized treatment plans for patients, including the use of braces, retainers, or other orthodontic devices.
• Apply, adjust, and monitor braces and other orthodontic appliances.
• Track patient progress and modify treatments as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment options, proper care of appliances, and maintaining oral hygiene.
• Work collaboratively with general dentists, dental hygienists, and other specialists.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest orthodontic research, tools, and techniques.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program.
• State dental license and board certification in orthodontics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages, especially children and adolescents.
